Rocket Riders
To victory and beyond...
We are the Rocket Riders! There are six of us in the team and we all have important roles. We have a Team Manager, Design Engineer, Graphic Designer, Manufacturing Engineer and a Researcher. Four of our team entered the competition last year, we won the Judges choice award! We are hoping to make it to the National Finals this year.
The Team
Our Sponsors
Our sponsors have helped us with the cost of materials and equipment to build the cars. They helped us buy branded uniforms and pay for the transport to Regionals.
The Car
Built for speed. We researched aerodynamics and past winners to create a car we hope will race us to the top spot on the day.
Regionals Finals 2026:
Our favourite part of the Regionals was coming first! We also really enjoyed showing off our car design. Jasper and Ruben raced our car and it was the fastest. Ted loved talking to the judges. We all loved setting up the pit display. We are all super excited for the Nationals!
